Rakeez provides insurance product quotations from insurance companies licensed by the Insurance Authority. 21. Rakeez presents available insurance product prices on the website at competitive rates, leaving customers free to choose their preferred coverage. 22. The company sets a specific validity period for each insurance coverage quotation.

Order Steps

1. The customer enters the basic information to generate insurance quotations. 2. A list of quotations appears, and the customer selects the preferred offer. 3. The customer selects the payment method and enters payment information. 4. The policy is issued and can be printed directly by the customer.

Payment Methods

After selecting the preferred quotation, the customer chooses the payment method and completes the required information to settle the amount due for the insurance products in Saudi Riyals, including VAT.

Indemnities

You acknowledge that we act solely as an insurance broker company. We provide insurance quotations and submit claims to insurance companies as a broker. We are not responsible for compensating any claims or losses arising from insurance companies’ shortcomings.

You further agree to indemnify us immediately upon request for all claims, liabilities, losses, and costs, including legal fees, arising from any breach of these Terms and Conditions or any damages resulting from your use of the Rakeez platform.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall apply. By using the platform, you expressly agree with the applicable law. Jurisdiction over these Terms and Conditions lies within Saudi Arabia, and any disputes related to the website’s content shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh.
